| Our home is located in the Town of Northampton, Fulton County New York. The home dates back to the early 1900's. It was actually moved to it's current site from the valley in 1930. This was done in preparation of the valley being intentionally flooded by the Sacandaga River after the Conklingville Dam was built. This was the beginning of The Great Sacandaga Lake. A Historic five bedroom home situated on 2 acres with property on the crystal clear 29 mile long Sacandaga Lake. |

| Behind the home is a large yard with a horse-shoe pit, swing set and a large golf net and a pin for pitching. We do have some lawn games for your use. An Adirondack fire ring is there for you to have a camp fire |
| The lake is across the street directly in front of our home. We own a 30' strip down to the lake. I put up white picket post to make it easy for you to see our property. |
